5. Continuous Washing & Reduction Clearing (RC) Settings

To ensure maximum color fastness, soft handling, and zero staining on micro polyester knit fabric, adhere strictly to the bath Sequence:

sequence:

6. Post-Processing & Quality Audit

  • Color Fastness to Washing & Rubbing: Perform fastness test (Target: Dry Rub Grade 4-5, Wet Rub Grade 4).

  • Fabric Handle & Elasticity: Ensure no stiffness or loss of stretch elasticity in micro polyester knit.

  • Dimensions & Shrinkage: Verify stenter drying temperature (<150°C) to prevent thermal yellowing or skewness.

  • Defect Check: Check for screen joint marks, dye specks, squeegee lines, or bleeding.
